The project sits at the tip of the peninsula of Maoshan Scenic area wherein an 1800 acre development was called in to promote the culture and tourism in line with the new urban planning development of Nanjing.

The program includes 23,000 sm GFA boutique hotel and 5,000 sm south-facing villas along the Maoshan Reservoir. Adapting the philosophies of Taoism, the design concept of water, fire, mountains and Tai-chi where traditional elements meets contemporary touch.
