This 720 ft tall mixed-use tower is located within the Hudson Yards redevelopment district on the west side of Manhattan. It includes a large commercial podium, 20 floors of 328-key hotel and hotel condos, and 40 super luxury condo apartments. The construction is to begin in 2016 and slated to open in 2018. Inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns, Archilier’s designers created a tower of alternating volumes and dramatic terraces with sweeping Hudson River views.
