As Hainan’s capital city expands westward, Archilier has been engaged to design the first phase of a new master-planned community for Guangzhou Pearl River Industrial Development Holdings. Many of the civic and commercial uses that form the heart of the community will go in up front, including a 113-key hotel with wedding hall, an arts center, garden offices and street retail. Supporting the commercial uses are 108 service apartments and 58 for-sale villas. They border a large central park that connects Wu Yuan River with a regional greenway system.
