Situated between Hongkong West Road and Donghai West Road, Qingdao’s most sought-after address, the Hai Tian Hotel is famed for its breathtaking sea view and unsurpassed geographic location. Inspired by the unimpeded view of the sea, the design of the towers’ façade reflects the undulating melody of the ocean, while respecting the history of the existing Hai Tian Hotel. The new Hai Tian Center mixed-use project features 3 towers, consisting of two hotels (233 keys St Regis and 501 keys Hai Tian Hotel), a 369-meter tall Class A office tower with rooftop observation floor, a business club, high-end residential towers, luxury brand retail stores and a major convention center.​
