Located in Flushing, New York, Azure Tower brings together retail and office programs within a vertically integrated mixed-use development. Responding to the density and diversity of its urban context, the project seeks to balance programmatic complexity, architectural identity, and the evolving needs of the surrounding community. The design reflects AKAIA’s broader approach to mixed-use architecture—using context-driven strategies to integrate multiple urban functions into a cohesive architectural framework while contributing to the character and vitality of the neighborhood.
