Situated in a new development area in the Binjiang district in Hangzhou, the Pullman Hotel project is the first phase of a 240m twin towers mixed-use complex. The 23-story Pullman hotel, adjacent to the twin office towers, has 279 guest rooms and offers a full range of 5-star hotel amenities. The elevation design of the flanking twin towers is based on the local and cultural significance of the traditional folding fan. The stylized, diagonal sculptural pattern of the tower façades creates an elegant yet dynamic architectural expression, offering the residents of Hangzhou a handsome new iconic landmark development for their city skyline.
