Our team designed an ensemble of two lifestyle boutique hotels (Le Meridien and Kimpton) that are located on Harbor Boulevard (less than two miles from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center), while also creating a vibrant internal shopping street.  The Le Meridien podium roof has been developed as a dynamic water-oriented leisure habitat with an outdoor wedding lawn, entertainment seating area, yoga area for gym, and swimming pool.  An  extensive suite of meeting facilities and dining venues complements activities at the Convention Center just up the road.
