Situated between Hongkong West Road and Donghai West Road, Qingdao’s most sought-after address, the Haitian Hotel is famed for its breathtaking sea view and unsurpassed geographic location. Inspired by the unimpeded view of the sea, the design of the towers’ façade reflects the undulating melody of the ocean, while respecting the history of the existing Haitian Hotel. The new Haitian Center mixed-use project features 3 towers, consisting of two hotels (233 keys St Regis and 501 keys Haitian Hotel), a 369-meter tall Class A office tower with rooftop observation floor, a business club, high-end residential towers, luxury brand retail stores and a major convention center.​
