Three Fulton Square sits at the heart of the new Flushing Waterfront Special District as part of a master plan that extends downtown Flushing, Queens to the shore of Flushing Creek and provides public access and parkland at the water’s edge for the first time in generations. The design of three towers on two city blocks embraces the waterfront with sinuous curves and a multitude of landscaped terraces that allow residents, hotel guests, office workers, and the public to enjoy views of Flushing Bay, Willets Point/Citi field, and the Manhattan skyline beyond. Continuous ground-floor retail space activates the new publicly-accessible private street network. A new 5-star hotel includes a luxurious health club (shared with residential tenants) and a large event space & ballroom that provides a venue for business gatherings, weddings, and other special events.
